Lead architect of an event-driven integration platform connecting retail, logistics and eCommerce systems. The work replaced point-to-point links with a shared platform and included automated build and release pipelines.

Leading architecture across systems and borders
Architected integrations for mission-critical financial information systems, spanning Oracle EBS and ADF, SAP S/4HANA and UiPath automation. Led seven senior developers across the United States and India, with automated reconciliation built into the migration work.
Applied AI · Platforms and workflows
Building AI into everyday business processes
Solo architect and engineer of a multi-tenant generative AI marketing platform, with separate cloud projects for enterprise tenants, output evaluation and throughput controls. Also led a multi-agent employee-idea platform linking validation, enrichment and triage to Jira and Google Chat.
AI governance · Hands-on engineering
Designing controls down to the cryptographic core
As a co-founder and CTO, architected and primarily built an AI-governance middleware runtime, then sole-authored its Rust cryptographic core with C, Node.js and WebAssembly bindings. The middleware work included more than 1,000 automated tests and shadow-mode validation.
