This website is operated by PI SQUARE AI (registration K2024702954), trading as PI Square, in South Africa. These terms concern use of the website. A consulting or development engagement is governed by its own written agreement. You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Do not use it unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation. Submit only information you are entitled to share. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Information and engagements

The content explains our AI consulting approach and the kinds of system we can build. Examples and illustrations are general information, not a recommendation for your circumstances or a guarantee of performance, savings, delivery dates or regulatory compliance. Booking a discovery call does not create a paid engagement or an obligation to proceed. Scope, fees, timing, deliverables, ownership and support responsibilities are agreed separately in writing before work begins. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances before relying on website content for a material decision.

Intellectual property

PI Square's original website content, design and brand materials belong to PI SQUARE AI or are used with permission. Third-party names, marks, software and materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable licences. Mentioning a product does not imply endorsement or a partnership. You may view the site, share links and keep copies for your own evaluation of our services. You may not republish our original materials for commercial use or imply our endorsement without permission, except where the law or an applicable licence allows it. Ownership of project work is addressed in the relevant engagement agreement.

Third-party services

The website links to external sites and uses Cal.com for bookings. Those services are operated by their respective providers, under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or all of their content. If the calendar is unavailable, contact us by email or phone to arrange a meeting.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care with the website, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content or that all information will remain current. Contact us if you notice an error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this informational website. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or anything that may not lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. Liability for paid services is addressed in the separate engagement agreement.

Governing law and contact

South African law governs these website terms. Disputes may be brought before a South African court with jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law. Please contact nikhil@pisquare.ai first if you would like us to help resolve a concern; this does not limit your right to seek a remedy. We may update these website terms by publishing a new version and changing the date above. A website update does not amend an existing signed engagement agreement.
